I'm afraid!!!

I'm afraid that when my heart beats fast, I'm gonna have a heart attack. I'm afraid that when I can't breath properly, I'm gonna suffocate. I'm afraid...............I'm afraid...............I'm afraid.

I don't know how I can change & I'm tired............I've had this for nearly 34 years!!! I'm going in the friggin Guinness book of records:weep: :weep: :lac: :lac: :scared15: :scared15: but seriously, you would think that I would have got used to it by now.

I'm exhausted.

Els i am the same totally ... it's the palps and fast heartbeat that gets me everytime.. but after all the times it's done it i am still here and healthy so i just have to TRY and tell myself it's o.k when it is happening.. x x
