Ok, so Ive got this ongoing problem with a feeling of internal vibrations, now it seems that theres a vibration in my ears..... its causing like a rumbling humming noise.... could that be due to the same problems do you think? Anyone else with internal shakes getting a rumble in their ears? Its kinda like a low pitched rumble/hum.... like theres a bee in my ear. Am I going crazy? I had a really bad night last night. My anxiety was pretty high. Perhaps it was the anxiety getting the better of me.... but I have been experiencing sinus pressure the past few days. I hope its not my sinus infection coming back.... that would suck as Im off to a music festival in less that 2 weeks.
