Ticks

Sometimes when I'm anxious I get quite bad ticks. I get my ticks mostly in my face and arms. Does anybody else get this?

Yes, I have just recently in the last month or two. Mine is in my right shoulder. I kind of do a shrug type jerk. It is so strange. I'm not really aware I'm doing it at first. I have noticed at night when I'm laying down trying to sleep I will be jerking it. It's really weird. Just anxiety.
