I wonder if us panicers/health anxiety sufferers were to list what we are NOT afraid of, it might help us:shrug:

I am not afraid of ectopic heart beats - for some reason when I found out what they were, I stopped being afraid of them. Wish I could say that about the breathlessness & fast heart beat!!:scared15: :scared15:
