Hi all,
I was washing my youngest in the bath and all of a sudden the back of my knee poped and today its really sore when i walk on it like i pincking feeling.
Any ideas?

Its probably just a trapped nerve. I get it a lot in my right knee if I kneel on the floor or walk up stairs too quickly. It kinda locks and burns for a sec and then takes a while to go back to normal. I do the same with my right elbow. Some days I hold something funny and a nerve pops outta place and it can take about 4 days to go back to normal. Dont fret x
