temperature of 38 and feeling crap!

Got headache, stiff/painful neck, really sore throat,bit shaky, skin feeling sore and as title says; temp of 38, took ibuprofen, jus waiting to take paracetamol, will take temp in a bit, but panicking!

Many Many Viruses going round at the moment. All my family has either a cold a cough or a temperature. I understand your worry but it will be over soon.
