Feeling abit panicky and anxious today think its cos i start my new job this evening abit nervous. Its silly really cos its only for 2 hrs i suppose its new surroundings.

I can understand why you feel anxious I think even someone without anxiety feels that way when starting a new job we all worry about change.

You will be just fine, go out there and give it all you got and be really proud of yourself. Good luck.

Starting a new JOB !?!?!!
This is fantastic- you should be so proud of yourself ! It is normal to have some anxiety when you're starting something new- you'll be great.
