hi
I have had chronic anxiety all my adult life, made worse by PTSD from trauma.
I recently gave up all caffeine , which on the whole, I feel less anxiety, especially from social occasions.
But, my energy levels feel so low, I actually feel depressed and libido is low too.
I do exercise , not as regularly as I have done in past, try to eat healthy , but recently is like I am running of no gas. (I have had couple bad relationships that have been very draining).
That said, just feel so tired all the time.
also, I think part of the problem, is having to feel like the actual management of chronic anxiety is a draining procedure in itself.
anyone else feel the same way?
(is like I am out of ideas to get my energy back)
