chest wierd now!

anyone else get the sensation of a heavy feeling in chest followed by difficulty in catching breath and trouble swallowing i'm getting really worried that ill get respiratory failure and die.i'm really scared.anyone else have this?

i had this all last night and today ,i put a post on here early this morning about it ,it will go away eventually, more we panic worse it seems to get hope you feel better soon

I get this quite often. Almost feel like there is something on my chest weighing it down and then feel as though i cant catch a decent breath. I always find that if i can distract myself with something before i know it im breathing properly again and the pain is going away.
Reading or cleaning normally helps me as im thinking about something else. Hope this helps and feel better soon
