does anybody have a fast heartbeat

hi since ive been stressing again my heart has gone from the normally 60-70 bpm to 90-110 bpm. or sometimes more i hate this and its ruining my life. because i think im gonna die it even beats that fast at rest too apart from the night when it does slow to around 70 does anybody else get this for weeks on end...

It is completely a normal reaction to get a raised heart beat when you're stressed.

Thats how we are built and its doing its job correctly.
You're doing just fine.

None of your heart rate numbers are any cause for concern .


Calm down like at night and it comes down nicely too
