Hey nat

I get this too. I have even sometimes got my whole body moving with the pulse. I suppose we have to expect it with the anxiety:weep: :weep:

can anxiety make your pulse stronger or what do you think causes this?

My foot has done this all my life...I don't know if it's related to the pulse but it is totally normal for everybody. It cannot stay totally still..that wouldn't be normal! You're fine!

thanks for the replies. i never noticed it happening to anyone else, but i would feel wierd just staring at people feet and legs..lol. i can feel my pulse in a lot of wierd places too, even when i was little my doctor noticed a strong pulse in my abdomen and i remember him making a joke about it.

It's worrisome when heard in your head though.

Hi, your blood is pumped under tremendous pressure and it is normal to be able to see this happening.

yeah, pretty thin, esp. in the legs....guess they can't handle all the pressure of my blood.

i see it in my stomach area bobbing up n down like mad sometimes, but kind of accepted that and moved onto other worries lol. i used to have a time, when i first started getting anxiety where i was always checking my pulse in my neck, horrible i know, but couldn't help doing it
