Hello everyone,

What an informative and friendly forum this is. If only there had been something like it years ago. I'm in my fifties, and now living in France, early retirement.

Decided I needed a refresher course in positive thinking, so here I am. Big changes always affect me and I've had several in the past few years. It's a comfort to know there are others who are going through the same difficulties. Mine at the moment is driving......wrong side of the road and all that!
