Neck pain

for a few weeks now some mornings i wake up and i have a shotting pain in my neck which really hurts but then it passes.I am also suffering with arm and leg aches and twitches.
I'm on citolapram for depression and anxiety

i have been suffering from shooting pains in my right arm but i think it been partly the way i have been sitting and tension as it has pasted , i also have tension in my neck which makes my neck feel sore.. try some relaxeing exericises
