Hi everyone,

Just thought i would update those of you who read my last post about going away.

I went to Dublin and survived with no panic attacks:D. I haven't flown for 11 years and even though i was nervous on the plane i wasn't panicking! I managed to get a taxi to my hotel, and go to the concert...even in the middle of the night when (would you believe) the fire alarms went off, not once, but 4 times, i didn't have an attack!

Admittedly, i still feel a little dizzy now and then and i'm anxious about going back to work but i'm not as bad as i have been for the past few weeks. I know i'll get bad days but each good one is a blessing...and i'm on day 7 of the Citalopram, so i've stuck with it.

Sorry to ramble on but hopefully this will give some encouragement that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Love Maddie xx

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
