sore thigh muscles

evening guys, i've got really sore thighs at the moment they feel like i've got my legs stuck in that stretch where your heel touches your bum! DOs anyone else have this? my period's started today which could be a coincidence. Of course i'm thinking MS, ME etc. . . . . . . . lol

It sounds like cramp to me, or maybe pulled muscles? I raced my mate's dog last week (and I actually won, hahaha, eat that Betty) and my legs ached for a week afterwards. I haven't run that fast since I was 17. Twelve years is a long time.

I dont know if you suffer anxiety or not but I do and my thighs are constantly aching due to me tensing my muscles all day even without me knowing.

Come the evening and their killing me.
