Well, I have to say, I've been having a really good run and today has been my first blip for a good while.

I forgot how it feels to have a blip, it's really unnerved me. I should know better than let it get the better of me but ever since, I've felt quite scared and my entire body is buzzing for some reason! A new one on me.

All that triggered it was cleaning my teeth. I had a mouth full of syliver/toothpaste I needed to spit out and it just made me feel like heaving. Isn't it daft! I'm sure that could have happened to anyone, it's just the reaction it has on us anxiety sufferers I guess!

Anyway, never mind, just helps to air it on here.

Thanks for reading,

Mark

Mark - glad to hear you've been having a good run. What a relief for you to have a break from it all

At least this blip is as a result of a known fear- so you can nod at it, accept it for what it is and press on.

Hi Mark

At least you know what it is now so you are able to control it better. I am sure that you will carry on with your good run and this will be as you say just a blip!

Take care
