Bad nerves

Hi its austin how is it going i have had these constant worries of stroke or heart atacks but they never come.Lately i have been biting the inside of my lip and 20 mins ago my hands tingled but the right side of my body fells less sensitive like if i pull a hair but my finger the left side fells more pain i have never had these problems before will they go.I have been doing exersize Lifting weights,joging etc for a while could this be a symptom.My blood preusre is 120/80

Very good, normal blood pressure reading... that much I can assure you. Could the feelings be caused by adrenaline after exercise? Don't really know except that the BP is fine.
