Hi Lynette

Panic attacks can take over where whatever we feel swamps us down. However we feel at that time does make us home in on that illness but it is rarely the case. We dwell on it and make ourselves feel a lot worse than we orginally did.

You are not alone and although it feels way out of it how we feel is normal for those that are going through the same things.

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
