Hi all, Just wanted to introduce myself, I have just been diagnosed with GAD and found this site by accident on a search engine which has been a blessing as i am really struggling with my symptoms. :wacko:

I hope i i can be a support to oher people and find people to confide in.

I diagnosed myself with GAD, the GP said depression! Me depression! No way, but maybe depression leads to GAD? Acknowlege the depression it aleviates the GAD :yesyes:

Thanks for your warm welcome. My doc did mention that she thought i had post natal depression she did prescribe me 20mg of citalopram but it made me very sick and very spaced out so i am just taking diazepam when i get panicky.
