the weather was awful last night and about 1am i was woken by thunder and lighting and that bought on my anxiety and panic attacks and the room started spinning

:yesyes: I slept for the first in weeks the sound of the rain hammering on the roof ,was so relaxing for me ,it wiped away all my anxiety.
