Hey guys and girls,
I've been away for a bit but lurking in the shadows.

I am back because I am starting my own project about panic attacks. It's a blog of sorts to help me rationalise out the feelings in my head.

hey folks.

dragging this topic back from the grave a bit to remind people about the blog. I really want to hear from other people about it and contirbute to it as well.

Also news for any members of Anxiety UK (formally the National Phobics Society) or a reader of their quarterly publication "Anxious Times" as there's a feature, written by me about This is panic coming in September's issue.

Hope to hear some feedback from people soon.
