what does yours feel like and how exactly does anxiety cause it?

i was just lay in bed partially asleep, and i had some :S
this surely couldnt be caused by anxiety when i was at rest?

Ive also had chest pains and terriable bouts of indigestion and wind which passes of a night but can be shocking of a day. Tried alsorts of things like rennies and other stuff.
