Well kinda new.. i joined a while back b4 getting pregnant.. but i made a new acct.

I suffer from chronic worry and anxiety .. mostly health anxiety with my children and myself. :(

I am 29 in August.. i have a bf who i live with and an 11 yr old daughter named Hailee and a mo old son named Nevan. :) I live in BC CANADA.

I'am suffering from panic attacks and axienty at the moment and i'm also new to this forum im just glad theres an outlet for us because i cant really talk to my family at the moment they are all really worried about my dad in hospital so ive been suffering in silience for months but i wont do it anymore i will get over this i have to.
