Hi I am new to here, so here's my introduction.
Hi, I am a 19 year old female.
One evening I was sat in my living room with my boyfriend (who I live with) and I started getting a tight pain in my chest and pins and needles down my arm and felt really down. Then it went away, but then a few days later I went to the doctors and they said that I was fine and probably just experiencing a panic attack and to make an appointment with my own GP. Which I am still waiting to see as my appointment isn't until the 23rd of June as I needed a double one. But it seems ages away as I am getting this attacks quite often and really not knowing how to deal with them.
