headache, new to me , please help

i have had a constant headache for 3 days, its always there, its kind ov there on a morning but gets worse during the day, im aneamic and ive been takin slimming tabklets but i have stopped, i dont know if it could be stress?? im so scared its a brain tumour its stopping my everyday life. i feel awful n my lil girl but i cant shake the feeling that its something bad, i have stopped myself going on google, please help :) xx

Are you sure it is not the slimming tablets?

Are you drinking enough water?

There are so many reasons for headaches and not one on here so far has been a brain tumour - that is not a very common symptom.

if it was a brain tumor you would have more going on than just the headaches, try not to worry, i had headaches every day about a month, all different kinds, but mostly tension headaches(pressure headaches that felt like i was on a plane) and sharp stabbing brief ones, this happened to me twice, no brain tumor.
