Panic attack last night

last night i woke up and i couldnt feel my left arm and had pins and needles in it then that brought on a panic attack and i felt dizzy again

do you feel dizzy a lot the pins and needles means you probebley slept on it

i'm mostly dizzy at night

I get the numb arm at night too. In one of my hands it turned out to be carpal tunnel syndrome.
