Bad cough - painful head all over when coughing :(

When i cough i literally feel like my head will explode and it's painful in different areas all over my head. i had a migraine all day yesterday and although my head generally feels a lot better, when i cough i feel like i'm gonna burst a blood vessel - so scared! what is this?!
I KNOW IT ISNT SINUSES!

how do you know its not sinuses? if you did have something going on with the sinuses it would cause a lot of pressure, especially right behind your face. if you are coughing, are you sure you don't have a virus or allergies, these would both make you have pressure in your head. tension headaches have a pressure feeling too. whenever i get sick, i feel the pressure in my head and it throbs when i move around too fast, or cough.

thanks, ive had sinusitis before and this doesnt feel like this..i have no pressure behind my face in the same way as sinusitis
