thank you all...yeah i suffer from the old "panic attack" and anxiety..im on fluoxetine and popranollol at the moment. its my 4th day on them. so far so good, i feel a bit better now(probly the popras have kicked in now), i just wanna be back to normal like everyone else.
knowing that there are people like me suffer from these illnesses makes you feel better coz youre not alone, but at the same time you feel bad because you know wat theyre going through and its not easy...
there you go...til nex time...
