Nausea, vomitting

pls hlep, i am so scared, don't knowwhy suddenly i felt nausea and feel like vomitting, but did not vomit anything, keep on nausa, feeling wnating to vomit at every step i take. i am scared. before that i ate a plate of rice, fish, chili, then i drank malt drink a cup then i took my vit b 12 tablets, then 10mins i took my noriestheroine. now i am nausea, could that contribute?pls hlep, i am scared, now i feel so swaying and scared. could it be i ate too much.

calm down its the mixture of food you ate thats all i would feel sick with that mixture me my tum churnning so bad makes me feel rotten,,i understand your panic i am the same i need help but the only one who can is ones self

yeah thank,s i felt better now, i am too eager to get well, i took lots of vitamin, energy drink, malt drink, herbs drink in one time, i guess i want to be well fast.thanks.
