Hi There,
I had a horrible night , woke at 3am on the dot (been doing this a lot lately) and then spent the rest of the time running back and forth to the loo with all those horrible feelings of doom . Its not that im new to this i ve suffered with PA on and off for the last 15 years (since my eldest was born) and usually they surface when im under alot of stress. I just wish they would go away you just feel so consumed.
I have had a lot to cope with the last 18mths my wonderful Mum who is only 61 was diagonosed with stage 4 bowel cancer (out of the blue she was never ill) and it really hit the family hard and Ive been the strong one who runs round and looks after everyone!!! So probably its no wonder the old monster has raised its ugly head but my hubbie is away for the next two nights and I just don't know how i'm going to manage :shrug:
