Please could anyone let me know if they've been diagnosed with this like I have? I'm really struggling with this at the moment and take Pregabalin, daily, Zopiclone (7.5mg) every night and Diazepam (2mg) when required. I was also prescribed Lorazepam but only take that when really necessary as I find a few days later it adds to the depression I experience. I'm fortunate that I have a close family and good friends but I can't keep talking and worrying them about this as it's been going on for so long. I see a psychiatrist and have been on so many different medications but none seem to work and some have made me worse.
