Do you feel ok and can cope with things and sometimes not? I felt a lot better a week or so ago and now back to the same old stupid worrying that I missed something or did something. Is there ever an end to it?

What is cognative b therapy? What lines does it follow? does it work?
I would love to be confident and not worry about things and not think back over things

Cognative Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is a therapy that tries to change the way you think to reduce your anxiety levels. It's like teaching your mind the correct way to think to rid ourselves of irrational phobias/fears.

Some people have said it has been extremely beneficial.
