Pain between sholder blades

Hi there,
I suffer from very bad mucle tention and I have very bad pain between the sholder blades, is there anything I can do to ease this, very desprate.

Wish I knew, I suffer from this too and it goes up into my lower skull. I have tried massages, heat, painkillers but nothing shifts it.

Relaxation is the only thing that works im afraid.When you have pain there your posture will be affected ,so will make it worse.Another viscious circle Sue x
