Loose stools?

I just had a very dirreah ish stool, and im not even feeling overly anxious at the moment, and have already had on bowel movement today :s sorry to be discusting but it had yellow in it, so im worried, however I have eaten alot of chocolate and ice cream today and last night, could this be a potential reason does anyone think? The chocolate was thorntons which is quite rich sometimes too.. Im trying to reason with myself that it isn't something serious, can any one help? :( xxxxx

Do you mean it was yellow coloured or had yellow in it?

I get yellow coloured movements that are nothing to worry about though.

Not like yellow bits, just like a yellowy colour to the loose bits not solid Almost like yellow liquid :s

Yes ok I have had that.

Mine was yellow for a long time. It still is sometimes as well.

Ice cream can make stools loose.

I always have loose bowels on a Monday morning, before my first therapy session of the week. After the session it's back to normal again.

hope you feel better soon, there is also a bug going around causing vomiting and or diarreaoh

Hi Alexy,
I have this for weeks. I also have now appetite.
I am connecting it totally to anxiety and reactive depression.

I had this for years.
Then I am loose stool free for months and months.....
