Hi

i'm new and would very much like some advice on agorophobia, i have stopped going out most places and can only manage the garden, the field opposite my home and occationally on a good day the shop, my daughter is starting school on Tuesday and i would love to go with my husband to take her but i affraid anyone have any advice, many thanks

It can be done in small steps and we can help you along those steps if you want us to.

You don't have to go out tomorrow and spend a day in shopping but you can start to slowly push your boundaries until you do go further each day.
