Hi Stormy

Thanks for the link :D[^]

I don't like the winter, hate being cold.
I can go to spain and I only go in the pool a few times because the water is sooooooooooooo cold, its makes me feel horrible.

Thanks again

I definately suffer from winter blues. Have been aware of it for a couple of years.I finally bought a lamp last winter from these guys.

It's been great for me, last winter was a lot better. I felt more awake, had more energy and overall had a better winter! I'm actually going to buy another lamp this year for the office.

A couple of friends have bought SAD lamps now too so it seems Seasonal Affective Disorder is more common than you'd think.

I do wonder if anyone has bought one and NOT felt any different.
