:welcome: hi all first time post on forum have found the site really really helpful a few months ago and thought i was making good progress but am changing over my meds and hopeful i'll be bit better but feeling almost as bad as when i first started them so any advice for a cross over very welcome. Especially for when driving which is particulary bad time eeeks!!!! i do find reading the links really helpful and the advice everyone seems to give each other msut be good support as it is difficult to tell friends family how jittery you can feel!!
