Hi everyone, My name is Raz and i have been suffering from general/social anxiety for some years now but only recently started getting some help for it.(i used to think that i was just a freak) I am glad to have come accross this site as it makes you realise that lots of human beings suffer from many different phobia's and that we are not alone in our battles.
