Tounge Symptoms

Im not sure if I can explain myself very well, but do some peopke experience that it feels like their tounge is a little swollen and it sometimes feels as if its a little difficult to speak?

It just worried me on the weekend as Ive never had this symptom before

yes, i feel a little uncoordinated sometimes when i talk.
