5-HTP

Has anyone tried 5-HTP for any time while on happy pills. I am thinking of ordering some but just wondered if anyone had any experience of it.

You shouldnt combine these with 5HTP, ST JOHNS WART either.Vitamin B complex is ok tho.PsycoPoet takes inistol and says it makes a lot of difference to him. Sue
