HI, just gonna tell you a little about myself,
i am 36, married, with a 15 yr old son, i am a domestic engineer (which really is just a posh word for a cleaner)i work 2 p/t jobs.

I have had a bit of a ride over the past 3 yrs, and have only just told my gp how i am really feeling because i felt stupid,ashamed and weak.
Why cant i go to town ,or to the post office or to the supermarket without feeling like i have to run away because i can feel the familiar feelings creeping up on me,PANIC i know the people around me mean me no harm but still i panic sometimes i can fight it but most of the time i leave or just avoid it all together and that makes me feel 100 times worse like i have failed. I just want to be able to live my life without these feelings it is slowly breaking me down bit by bit. Hope i have come to the right site for help and advice and to not feel so alone.
