Morning anxiety

Alright i've been on lexapro for 17 days now 5mg. i take it in the evening with dinner. My question is, i've been waking up feeling more anxious then usual, and then it usually fades a couple hours after i take my dose..
is it time to up the dosage?

thats what started happening to me when i started on 5mg, i upped mine to 10 and it settled again xx

i always get morning anxiety I hate it, i upped my pills twice and for about 3 weeks it goes and then it comes back x

This happened all the time when I started on citalopram (in fairness it started to happen before I took it too). It is starting again now that I am trying to deal with my most painful problems. I have increased my citalopram dose today from 20 to 30mg.

If I feel very bad I usually either talk to my family or phone the Samaritans just to get it off my chest. I cannot overstate how much the Samaritans have helped me. My recovery would not be as far along without them.
