This is my first time using a forum I have been suffering with anxiety for around 6 years but had a good spell of feeling good then in Febuary I had a relapse having been worrying about going on holiday (silly i know) and it all came back.
went back on citalopram and it seemed to help but then a couple of weeks ago having been the first on the scene of a bad car accident it all came back the doctors has put me on 40mg and after about a week I am still struggling keep telling myself it will get better and I am not giving the higher dosage time to kick in so any help is appreciated.
