Does anyone else find they have loads of trapped wind rumbling around in their throat? I get this a lot due to breathing fast I think because of my anxiety. It's really annoying though as it's almost constant at the moment and is not only noisy it's making me feel sick. I've tried wind setlers but they don't do anything. Anyone else get this and what do you do to get rid of it? Yet another anixety symptom to add to the long list lol
