having little relapses

nd concerned its gonna go worse again its taken me nearly a year to gain some control. my ibs has flared up and im paranoid the pain is something else e.g appendisitus, i nearly didnt take my daughter to nursery this morning as didnt know if i could cope. i feel bad bout it that im feeling not in control of myself again. im in all afternoon now with the kids its raining and i cant go anywhere or do owt except be in pain and feel mithered.

Just sending some hugs and hoping that you are feeling a bit better. I also have IBS which has flared up over the last week and I understand how upsetting it is to have another attack. Just remember, you will feel better again and more in control. I am sure that your symptoms are the usual IBS ones which vary so much. Does your usual medication ease them at all? If you are going to become anxious with worry why not go see the Doc and he will reassure you. Here are the hugs!! XXXX
