Tammy

You're right, you can start to address it and eventually overcome it.

Exposure therapy is good, long lasting but takes time and effort

Hi Tammy

There is no right or wrong time to ask for help, but sooner or later we do need it and there are so many different options out there for you.

Admitting we have a problem is probably the biggest step to make then it all falls into place along the line. Not always smoothly but in a way that we can see the end.

You need some support and you shouldnt be afraid to ask for it. We are all here to help you hun.
