Very bad pain between sholders

Does anyone get this I am in so much pain, does anyone know how to relive it.

Hi, that could be anything, it could be muscular or due to posture. You could even be having a problem with your oesophagus (caused by acid erosion, your doctor would probably prescribe antacids or recommend Gaviscon Advance) or acid reflux (similar problem, same treatment).

If the pain is severe you should see your doctor as you might have injured a muscle or trapped a nerve.
