Hi all
I am new to this site. I have suffered from panic attacks, anxiety and particularly health worries for the best of 32 years now. Sometimes it gets better and sometimes it just gets awful. I am now on Betablockers which has helped massively with the panic attack side, but I still haven't cracked the worries over health issues and the fear of dying.
I am hoping that being a member of this site will remind me that I am not alone. lindi
