I did have it for years but it went in time and I am sure it will for you too.

It is horrid though isn't it?

Hi there belectric,

Derealization is one of my most common symptoms. Some days it gets me down and others I just have too much to do to let it get to me. It's a difficult one to deal with but you do learn how to control it a bit.

Ni Bel. My main symtopms are physical, health anxiety and feeling Ill most of the time. But I do get depersonalisation from time to time but realy dont know what triggers it. You are right its horrible, When i do get it I seem to wake in the mornings with it. take care, Vernon

I get it in the mornings too ?
I often wonder is it tiredness caused by too much anxiety?

well mirry I too find it's worse in the mornings and on days where I had a restless night it can be worse! maybe there is somthing in that.
