Hiya, this is my first day lol I suffer from anxiety and depression and Im trying to seek help but it is proving difficult, which is just making me worse. I have a tendency to bottle things up and dont really have any friends i can talk to about this stuff and my family members either dont want to know, dont care, and are part of the problem, so i guess that means your stuck with me hahaha I used to be a very bubbly happy person and i still like to think my sense of humour is in tact so i hope to make some new friends and enjoy getting to know you all xxx

Welcome, i'm new too! These boards are such a comfort, just to speak to others 'in the same boat' such a relief.
Have you had a chat to your doc? I took the plunge this week and he was more understanding than i thought. Might be worth a go, even if it's just to set up some talking therapy?
Failing that. talk away on here, it's a good release.
